Shelby said to keep the same stuff for the next week. I got my first cheat meal in 11 weeks tonight! I had a medium carnivore pizza (beef, sausage, ham, bacon, pepperoni) and a quart of frozen custard blended with bananas, Reese's, and hot fudge!

This week I basically am starting with a heavy main lift (3-6 rep range) and then following John Meadows bodypart split routine for assistance. Most of the exercises are to be done in specific ways. In italicized font I will put Meadows' descriptions pasted from his t-nation articles.
